Shiv is a 2× founder who has built and scaled VC-backed startups across fintech and edtech. A former strategy consultant to the Gates Foundation, the U.S. Federal Reserve, and Mastercard, he brings deep experience operating at the intersection of business, technology, and highly regulated sectors. A Harvard Innovation Award recipient and Stanford Master's graduate (Ford Dorsey Fellow), Shiv leads WardlyAI's vision and go-to-market execution.

Utkarsh is a Silicon Valley engineering leader with almost 2 decades of experience building and scaling production-grade systems. He previously led engineering at successful venture backed companies. An ex-WebRTC engineer with deep expertise in real-time systems and distributed architectures, he holds a B.E. in Computer Science and executive education from UC Berkeley Haas. He leads WardlyAI's AI, voice, and platform architecture.

WardlyAI's voice agent calls the patient before their appointment, collects symptoms, medical history updates, medications, and reason for visit then generates a structured pre-visit brief delivered directly to the provider's EHR.
